# Alumni Class of 1970: 363

Those were the days my friend(s)...the times they were simple and carefree! Living in Mishawaka out on Douglas Rd. Please email me if you remember me...does anyone know where Gwen Tolle,Peggy Wycoff or Terry Martin went to? I see a lot of names I do remember....hope to see everyone in person again sometime!

This site is great. It's fun to stroll down memory lane for a few minutes.

Have lived in South Bend all this time, have two wonderful girls and recently remarried in 2002. Just bought a "new" older home on Miami Rd. south of Roosevelt. Have worked at Walsh & Kelly Paving Company for 30 years - hopefully getting ready to retire within the next two years. Love to travel, run, lay in the sun, do home improvement projects and get together with friends! Call anytime or stop by!

Very impressive website! Made me very nostalgic for those days at Jackson. I hope more people find out about this.

Would love to hear from all of my fellow Jacksonians who were the target of my camera while I was photographer for the Old Hickory and Jacksonian. Any of you live out here near Gig Harbor, WA?

I know I am not the only one that left Jackson in '70 where is everybody? Year 2000 who would have thought we would have made it this far!  GO TIGERS !!!!!!!!!

IT'S BEEN 30 YEARS. AN I'LL FORGET THE TIMES WE HAD AT JACKSON. THOSE WHERE THE BEST YEARS. I TELL MY KIDS ENJOY YOUR HIGH SCHOOL YEARS. BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST YEARS AND THEY DO GO BY FAST. WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE. EVERY TIME I GO BY JACKSON I THINK OF THE FUN WE HAD THERE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD HAVE ONE BIG JACKSON REUNION OF ALL CLASSES AND THE TEACHERS THAT ARE STILL AROUND.

Attended Jackson until the middle of my Junior year would have been the Class of '70. Every 5 years I have had the pleasure of attending the JHS Class of '72 reunion with my husband Mark and my best old buddies Pam McNerney-Schumway and Karin McNerney-Ganser. We always manage to have a good time together in spite of the fact that we were from other classes.
Class of '70 should at least make an effort to re-connect.

This web page looks great, although I am a little disappointed I don’t see much from the class of 1970. I am very interested in having a re-union or some kind of get together. If anyone else is interested, e-mail me and let’s see what happens.

This site is very entertaining. I especially like the music which takes me back 30 years! Who would have ever thought those were the good ole days! I can't believe I am even thinking it. Keep up the good work so I can visit and take myself back in time every now and then!

I attended AJHS through junior year, then moved to Ft. Wayne in 1969. I have been in Indianapolis since 1978. I am pleased to have stumbled onto this web page. After 32 years, I recall many names but have forgotten too many faces. The feeling of nostalgia is poignant (i.e.,the experience of happiness and sadness at the same time). Now that I have emails, I look forward to contact with old friends and acquaintances. Best wishes to all!

I WAS JUST PLAYING AROUND AND FOUND THIS WEB PAGE...WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE SO MANY YEARS HAVE PASSED.

Have been in Atlanta since 1976. Lived in Gwinnett County first 25 years, now in Cherokee. Would love to hear from former alumni in the area as well as classmates from around the country. I re-married in 2000, have 2 young step-daughters ages 9 and 6 (yes, my husband is younger than I am also!) No children from first marriage. My parents still live in South Bend in the home they built in '62. I try to get up to SB once a year. Don't want to move back there; love it here too much! Went to 10 year reunion. It would be wonderful to have a 35th. Take care all.

Have been involved with finance and economics for the last 22 years. It has allowed me to pursue many avenues in the golf industry. Playing and teaching at the higher levels are allowing me to attempt my final goal of qualifying for the Senior PGA Tour. My sons say they want to see Dad on TV. My thoughts of the four years at Jackson are always churning...I'll see or hear from people I haven't seen in twenty years and we'll kick around a story or two (and there are many more than two) but what great laughs, no matter the circumstance. Best wishes to all, good to see the site taking better shape.

I've recently moved to Tucson and would like to hear from any JHS grads in the area! Are we going to have any more reunions for the class of '70?

Just wanted to hear from some of you for old times.  There were a lot good times that we all had there.  I was just wondering who was still around here that I remember.

I still have my class ring all these years. Sometimes wish you could go back, but life has really been good to all of us. Would like to hear from you -that you remember me just for old time sake. Catch you all later, love to see you sometime. YOU PUT A SMILE ON SOMEONE'S FACE EACH AND EVERY DAY THAT YOU LIVE .GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
