Hello Tigers!
Let me explain, the one image of myself, in cap & gown, was taken the day I graduated in l969. Those folks with me in that picture, are of course, my immediate family
My Mother Darlene (Riley '45), my Father Robert (Riley '43), and my goofball Brother , Bob Jr. (Riley '66).
If you know the history of (and I know ya'll do), when in 1965, AJHS became an entity unto it's own, we had no Senior Class, why ? Possibly because someone's up in the hierarchy of "the know-it-alls" in the 'Bend decided that they would not send JR's from Riley to Jackson to graduate.
Maybe the only time that I know of that common sense prevailed, in the all too short history of are Unique School. Besides, my brother would never have done it! (goofball Wildcat). I so vividly remember that first year ('65-'66), as the first Tigerfish Team, we had to practice with those Wildcats (including my Brother), at the NAT!!!!!. Think about that. Still, to this day, boggles my mind! But you know, that just reinforces the fact that ALL OF US TIGERS, are, and shall ever be, United in our Uniqueness! I thank the Lord up above for that.

This was taken down here in Kerr County Texas in 1975. Norm was in the Military at the time, stationed in Ft. Hood TX, not far from Johnson creek. I still talk to Norm, who now lives in Marietta, GA., where, I might add, he is quite successful.
Still lookin' for those '69ers, ya'll. Thanks, and you will not get rid of me anytime too soon!
