Hello to everyone that has joined this. I think it's great. Just found out by reading this that my first husband passed on (David Bellows) if anyone knows when and how would you please let me know. I have been remarried for the last 26 years. Live in PHX, Yes it's hot and have three daughters. 25,24 and 20. Please write.

I live in a charming old 5 bedroom home near North Carolina State University. I rent rooms to international students (to date, they've come from 14 different countries), and I've done quite a bit of traveling around the world myself (including participating in a wedding in a hot air balloon over Australia, and crossing the French Alps on a motorcycle at 80 MPH.) My family includes 5 dogs and 2 grown daughters. I'm currently a research consultant working on a project for the U.S. Dept. of Labor. Life is good!
memory
I remember being at Becky Beyer's lake cottage with Jane Berta and our boyfriends on the night of the first moon landing. It was surreal. What a good time we had!

Hi to all the other Jacksonians out there! I love this site ~ it's great to hear about everyone again! I live in Lancaster, S. Carolina `just south of Charlotte. We have only lived here for 4 years but enjoy being close to the Mountains and Myrtle Beach. Dan and I have a daughter Susan who will be a Sophomore in college this fall and our son David graduated in 2000 and is a Field Manager & builds homes in Myrtle Beach. Dan is a manager at Duracell Batteries & golf's when he can. I'm busy keeping everyone else on track and do some Quilting and gardening in my "spare" time. I hope to hear from others in our class and will contact the ones I know and tell them about this great site. Sure hope someone will get a reunion going for our class...it sure seems like just yesterday! Let me hear from you!

1969...what a great year! Every member of the class of 69' was as unique as the school itself. I just wish I had made more friends. I just took the typing class because of the pretty girls in it. Who knew at the time it would help me keep up years later in live IM discussions! May God bless you all!
info
I am an Educator, Auto Tech, Husband and Grandfather of 8, Motorcycle rider, Musician, I love guitars and collect all types of instruments for my in house recording studio. I love playing TEXAS Blues(SRV, Luther Allison,Gary Moore,)
memory
I wish there were some way that I could have told Harold Kottloski the Orch teacher, how MUCH I love him for his dedication to teach young people music. From the very first time he taught me to play the violin in fourth grade at Studebaker Elem, to playing Pomp & Circumstance at the very FIRST JHS Graduation, Mr.K was a part of my life. He gave me a gift that lives on today which will continue to live on many more generations through my grandchildren. I will never forget you Mr. K, I hope you are conducting pomp and Circumstance for me when I catch up with you in heaven....

I wasn't able to make it to any reunions but let me know if there is one in the works. Would love to hear from all of you.

Great to find this site and catch up on the activities of other '69 Jackson classmates. I have two children, a daughter who will soon be 25 and a son who is 22. I am working in the telecom communications business in Indy. Hope that any classmates in the area will contact me by phone or e-mail.

A great site! Nice to know that the spirit of AJHS is still with us.

Hello to all my former 1969 classmates, especially to my football and swimming buds. Going through the photos, it was fun to see an old diving picture of myself. I would love to hear from former classmates. By the way, my sister Barb (Class of '70) and my brother Greg (Class of '74) are both living in South Bend, while I'm still in Muncie where I've been since college, teaching high school.

What a great surprise finding this website...it feels like being home again! I've spent the last 25 years living in the Rocky Mountains & now live in the Pacific Northwest, but I've never forgotten about Jackson. I'd love to hear from some Jackson friends!

This is a great site - thanks to those who have worked so hard on it.
I am married and have 4 children. Eric 28, Lori Anne 26, Ryan 25 and Lisa 20. I have 3 wonderful grandchildren...Christopher 3, Ashlynn 3 and Dylan 6 months. I am a pricing coordinator for a major grocery chain here in North Carolina. I would love to hear from my old friends at JHS

Hello Tigers, I made it back home (once) in June of 1971. Traveled a lot until 1974. Found a home in Maine then, and have been here since. Saw Nuney in California in 1973. Get this. Saw Carla (Boyer) Follic at the train station in Providence, R.I. in 1994. Have missed you all. It's great to find this site.

This is great. I'm pleased you put up this site for our "Jackson High." Now we just need a few more 69er's to participate. We were the first 4 year class. Remember, no matter where you go, there you are!

I would be interested in hearing from other graduates from the class of 1969. How many of us are left. What has happened to the ones that are left. Any reunions that might be coming up. Old friends, and where they might be.

Great sight! Had to get my year book out to refresh my memory and connect names to faces. I live in a suburb of Columbus Ohio and have been Office Manager/Controller for a fairly large car dealership in Columbus for 20 years. Certainly not predictable by the grades I got in High School!

I have one son, 20 years old, still at home. Remember when we couldn't wait to turn 18 and move out? Shelia Phipps lives near me and, although her parents still live in the same place in South Bend, we only heard about the 10 year reunion. Keep up the good work.

Best Memory Wearing culottes to school (against the dress code) and being called to the principals office -- not because of my culottes but to get an award. Wore them the whole rest of the year and never got in trouble!

What great fun it was for us to discover and look through this site! We Nelson girls (Tami and our mother, Faye, retired Jackson and Riley English teacher) are all residing in central Indiana, but Jay and I frequently head back to South Bend to visit family and still good friend Jim "Byron" Daniels and his family. We have both taught at the same high school for most of our careers, and where our older son is a senior and younger son is a seventh grader at the middle school. We'd love to hear from classmates! Can we get another reunion going? The last one was great fun but 35 years is fast approaching!

Now living in Florida - three daughters, four grandchildren. Teaching nutrition at a high school, if you can believe that! I look forward to hearing from some old "tigers". It's funny how you wonder what happened to certain people. Remember the "Most likely to succeed"? Did they!??? Send this website to the people you still keep in touch with. It might really mean something to one of them. If Maureen Dolan is around I know Barb Schaal and I would be interested in hearing from her. We both live in Florida.

Hi, If You remember me, I would love to hear from you. The Years pass quickly, and the memories fade.  It is great to refresh them, so help me out. Portland, OR is my home, but my heart holds South Bend too...

*Check out Bruce's news from home...

Howdy fellow Tigers, How ya'll doing? I'm one of the "oldsters" in the sadly, short history of our school. I started in'66, the first year for AJHS, first class to go the "Big 4" there. You all need to know that us "69ers" set the pace for that HS! I am so glad to see that we Tigers still have a place to go to remember what it was really like. This is WAY COOL! I found this site by joining that classmates.com site, and low and behold, you guys 'gotta link on there. Any Tigerfish out there? Swim on, and don't hesitate to get back to me here in the Hill Country of Texas. Talk to Ya'll Later. GO TIGERS!!!!

Hi! My family and I are living in Goshen, IN. I have three daughters (teenagers). Would enjoy hearing from any classmates.
Hey I think this is super! I'm digging this like you wouldn't believe. I came to my 10 year reunion and was somehow passed over for the 20th or 25th or whatever they had even though we have been in Mishawaka for the last 30 years. I rarely see anyone from high school but think it would be a blast. So keep up the good work, I'm not computer savvy but will find my way around this site.
I am living in Rock Hill, SC just south of Charlotte, NC. I have been a National Sales Manager for a construction equipment manufacturer called Terex. This web site is great and I hope to hear more about other fellow classmates.

I am still alive and well and living in this wonderful community of Wabash.

I found the sit through ClassMates.com after I had spent the money. But finding this site was well worth the money. You have done an amazing job! I love it !

No worse for the experience this alumni is now pitching in to help with the web site. Although she did fail to mention that she was also an award winning artist.....
